Paul has a background of more than 15 years working in the field of Cognitive Education and Mediated Learning. In that time he has gained qualifications and a depth of experience in Dynamic Approaches to Assessment (Learning Potential Assessment Device and Tzuriel Early Years Dynamic Assessment) and Thinking Skills Programmes such as Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment, Thinking Maps, Write From the Beginning and Beyond and Philosophy for Children. He is an accredited Trainer in Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment Programme and has presented at International Conferences. He is also an accredited Trainer in David Hyerle's Thinking Maps. Paul is a  Human Givens Practitioner and this training has proved invaluable in considering what children really need in order to think clearly and be emotionally healthy.

Over the past decade Paul has presented Thinking Skills based Training to Schools across London and to many multi-disciplinary groups (Psychologists, teachers, social workers, Speech and Language Therapists, occupational Therapists).

He knows very well how difficult it can be, not only for the child or young person experiencing these challenges, but also for their families.
